  • •Lead and organize architectural drawing sets across all project phases (SD, DD, CD, and CA), aligned with client, design, and firm goals.
  • •Solve design and technical challenges by applying industry knowledge and advanced expertise.
  • •Analyze issues, identify solutions, and propose approaches for novel challenges while exercising independent judgment on conceptual designs.
  • •Coordinate work across disciplines and departments and build consensus across teams and stakeholders.
  • •Advocate for process improvements and adapt to new workflows or changing assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus four (4) years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Registered Architecture license within 12 months from date of employment.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and other BIM tools.
  • •Experience with Department of Defense projects.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
