Barback

Support bar operations by staying current on menu items, following special events guidelines, and handling side duties such as stocking ice and beverages. Maintain and clean bar equipment, run opening/closing tasks per venue policy, and manage trash and recycling (including glass separation and compactor use). Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety/sanitation standards, and occasionally work special events across the venue.
