Job Summary

Establish a high-assurance security posture across Crusoe’s global compute platform by driving Infrastructure Security Posture Management (ISPM) and cloud-native visibility. Use Wiz to detect risks, drift, and misconfigurations across cloud and on-prem systems, and enforce secure defaults through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and automated CI/CD guardrails. Build security-as-a-service capabilities (secrets, certificates) and advance Zero Trust, JIT access, and network authentication controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Infrastructure Security Posture Management (ISPM) and cloud-native visibility using Wiz to identify risks, drift, and misconfigurations across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
•Enforce secure infrastructure standards with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), including Terraform-based secure defaults, immutability, and drift detection.
•Build automated security guardrails embedded into CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
•Operate security-as-a-service platforms such as secrets management and certificate lifecycles to support secure developer access workflows.
•Design and maintain identity-centric access control (Zero Trust, JIT models) and secure network foundations including DNS, service discovery, and authentication controls, partnering with infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams to remediate gaps.

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or security engineering.
•Deep understanding of security principles across the stack, including Linux and container runtimes to cloud control planes.
•Proven experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to manage complex, multi-environment infrastructure at scale.
•Strong knowledge of cryptography, secrets management, PKI, and modern authentication standards.
•Experience securing public cloud (AWS, GCP) and/or bare-metal environments, plus Kubernetes and container security experience.
