Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear solution requirements and success criteria.
  • •Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, including domain models, API contracts, data schemas, decision rules, and policies.
  • •Drive the adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to use specifications as a single source of truth for AI-assisted generation, validation, testing, and documentation.
  • •Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents, and orchestrators, and continuously improve prompts, specifications, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • •Deliver scalable backend services, APIs, and data layers, and participate in architecture/spec/code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • •Strong programming expertise in modern languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript with solid software engineering fundamentals and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies.
  • •Practical knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or Contract-First Design using technologies such as OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema, Protocol Buffers, or policy-as-code frameworks.
  • •Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in Azure, AWS, or OCI including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
