Join a structured onboarding program to become a Retail Personal Banker II focused on developing sales and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Provide referrals to business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and guide CSRs on sales and referral processes while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
