Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and the Safety Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • •Inspect facilities for existing or potential hazards, recommend corrective measures, and verify implementation.
  • •Maintain safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
  • •Participate in accident and injury investigations and support preparation of materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.
  • •Serve as a point of excellence on-site by executing safety efforts and supporting day-to-day operations across project deliverables and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of construction industry experience in a similar EHS/safety role, with preferred experience in structured cabling or data center construction.
  • •Experience developing and implementing safety programs, conducting hazard mitigation activities, and supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •Develop, implement, and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
  • •Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field, or a BCSP Certification (CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST).
  • •Maintain safety documentation (audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans, Job Hazard Analyses, and Safety Data Sheets).
