  • •Own Rippling end-to-end: configurations, workflows, integrations, data integrity, and reporting.
  • •Run multi-state US payroll each cycle and coordinate EoR onboarding for PK/EGY.
  • •Administer benefits (open enrollment, carrier relationships, employee inquiries, plan updates) and maintain HRIS data hygiene.
  • •Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-Day-1 setup, onboarding coordination, system access revocation, and final pay coordination.
  • •Manage San Mateo office operations two days per week, including supplies/snacks, events coordination, and AV setup/troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of People Operations or HR Generalist experience, including startup or high-growth exposure.
  • •Proven Rippling ownership, including workflow building, module configuration, payroll execution, and data cleanliness.
  • •Experience running multi-state US payroll and familiarity with international EoR (Deel or equivalent).
  • •Active AI tool user with meaningful Claude usage to get real work done.
  • •Benefits administration experience, including running open enrollment and managing a broker relationship.
