Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage cost plans and detailed CSA estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographies.
  • •Lead estimate reviews with internal and external teams and present milestone cost updates with assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and risks.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs and cost checks for complex, multi-package CSA scopes aligned to drawings/models and the estimate.
  • •Support program-level estimating and synthesize inputs across multiple projects/campuses for portfolio-level decisions.
  • •Review contractor pricing, drive benchmarking and cost modeling, facilitate value engineering, and support procurement and preconstruction activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in a construction cost management role such as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, or Project Cost Controls.
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm.
  • •Good technical knowledge of value management/value engineering and excellent communication skills.
