Job Summary

Maintain the daily operations of the cafeteria and catering areas by operating ware-washing equipment (including a three-bay pot sink), removing waste and recyclables, and completing routine cleaning and equipment care. Handle receiving, rotation, and inventory support for goods. May assist with light food preparation duties. Work Monday–Friday with no weekends, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, supporting a safe, high-volume kitchen environment.

•May assist with low-skill/light food preparation duties and other assigned tasks.

•Dishwasher experience is preferred.
