Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure recovery servicing, reporting, payment processing, and administrative activities comply with regulatory and internal control requirements to support risk management and audit readiness.
  • •Execute accurate payment processing, documentation, and reporting to maintain data integrity and departmental performance.
  • •Support borrower, vendor, and stakeholder service, including collections, recovery, foreclosure, and third-party referral activities with accurate record maintenance.
  • •Monitor loss mitigation programs (repayment plans, forbearance agreements, loan modifications) and generate borrower notifications within regulatory timelines.
  • •Coordinate property and vendor-related activities (valuations, inspections, maintenance, lien searches, insurance, tax monitoring), manage vendor invoices, and process remittance payments and exceptions.
