Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling to the customer base and perform outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Provide guidance and referrals to Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and process consumer loans and bankcard activities through closing, while following risk policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
