Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable, reliable solutions to serve models with varying latency, throughput, and compute needs.
  • •Manage the model lifecycle: versioning, progressive deployments, rollbacks, and updates without service interruption.
  • •Analyze and optimize performance across models and the platform (response times, resource usage, costs, operational stability).
  • •Continuously evolve the platform and the tools that enable development, deployment, and operation of models at scale.
  • •Partner with Machine Learning, infrastructure, and product teams to productionize trained and fine-tuned models.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes basics and managing the lifecycle of Docker images.
  • •Programming/scripting knowledge to automate operations using Python, Go, or Bash.
  • •Knowledge of inference performance for machine learning models and LLMs.
  • •Knowledge of tools to deploy/serve machine learning and LLM models.
  • •Practical experience applying engineering best practices to build reliable, scalable systems.
