Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly using real-time information to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices; maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the role.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and strong working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Required to complete safe repair work and be able to move/stand/stoop/bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, and field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
