Job Summary

Provide cross-technology managed services as an L3 engineer by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational, manage high-complexity tickets, and keep zero missed SLA conditions. Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts, log and escalate incidents with detail, and drive optimization and automation. Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, and coordinate with vendors while supporting implementation and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, log, analyze, assign, and escalate technical incidents to resolve client issues.
•Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting, manage high-complexity tickets, and provide diverse solutions across technology domains.
•Conduct monitoring checks, respond to alerts, and implement optimization and automation opportunities.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and mentor junior team members; support disaster recovery and project implementation activities.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure while remaining client-focused.
