Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the plant strategy aligned to the Operations & Maintenance strategy, keeping senior leadership informed through operational reporting.
  • •Own plant financial management, including developing the operating budget, monitoring performance vs. budget, and ensuring contractual metrics are met.
  • •Lead production planning by cascading operational strategy into production plans and monitoring performance to optimize resource utilization and availability.
  • •Provide overall direction for plant operations and maintenance teams, including technical guidance, directing minor/major changes, and ensuring contractual obligations are continuously met.
  • •Oversee SAP process implementation and Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives, ensuring audits and corrective actions are completed and HSSE compliance maintained.

  • •Develop and manage the plant operating budget and performance against budget, supporting achievement of revenue, cost, profitability, and productivity targets.
  • •Lead operations and maintenance and cascade operational strategy into mid- to short-term production plans, monitoring plant availability and operating efficiency.
  • •Direct technical guidance, root cause analysis, and investigations to resolve abnormal conditions and performance deficiencies, improving long-term reliability.
