Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Managers, including performance reviews, onboarding, and training.
  • •Oversee end-to-end execution of the low voltage systems assembly project portfolio and align priorities with customer commitments.
  • •Establish and maintain standardized order-to-delivery execution processes and coordinate across front-end/sales, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, testing, and logistics.
  • •Manage customer project governance and support escalation and customer review sessions to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Develop project standards and governance (templates, stage-gates), lead risk/opportunity management, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in project management, order management, operations, or customer project execution in production systems implementation.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience managing project/order managers or similar roles.
  • •Experience with low voltage products/switchgears electrical equipment or engineered-to-order/industrial manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and project financials/production planning and scheduling.
