Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical inspections on heavy equipment, tactical vehicles, and MHE during the turn-in process.
  • •Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and perform corrective repairs and adjustments.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per Army TMs, DA PAM 750-8, and AR 750-1.
  • •Ensure equipment is serviceable, safe, and compliant with Army safety standards, environmental regulations, and HAZMAT requirements; coordinate during mass turn-in events.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience as a mechanic on military or heavy equipment.
  • •Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience with tactical vehicles, combat systems, or MHE.

  • •Proficiency diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including PMCS.
  • •Ability to travel within the United States up to 75% of the time (willing to travel for 90 consecutive days).
