Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain manufacturing and quality technical documents (PVP&R, WI, PFMEA, JSA, routing) including offline documentation and SAP system data.
  • •Train operators on work guidance, including JSA.
  • •Design initial manufacturing processes and routing, define key process controls and labor/time, and calculate BOM material consumption.
  • •Develop and validate standard manufacturing processes and contribute high-quality manufacturing capability to the factory.
  • •Lead line improvement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and cost, reduce scrap, and maintain/optimize production line and plant layout/process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience in a multinational company.
  • •Good spoken and written English to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • •CAD knowledge including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing problem-solving tools (e.g., 5W1H, fishbone, PDCA) and basic understanding of Six Sigma concepts (e.g., standard deviation, CPK).
