Job Summary

Lead the strategy and operating model that unlocks and scales partner value across Talent and the broader business. Translate partner benefits (training, certifications, discounts, funding) into measurable workforce capability, partner tier progression, and revenue impact. Build AI-enabled automation for matching employees to opportunities, drive change management and adoption, and measure ROI through executive dashboards—partnering closely with Alliance Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop an enterprise partner value strategy to maximize utilization and impact of partner-provided benefits.
•Design and implement a scalable operating model, including governance, prioritization, and allocation for limited vouchers and funding.
•Create AI-enabled workflows to match employees to training and certification opportunities and provide self-service visibility.
•Execute change management to drive adoption across Talent, Alliances, and business units, monitoring metrics and addressing barriers.
•Define and track value metrics (certification attainment, cost avoidance, partner tier progression, skill acceleration, revenue influence) with executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Talent Strategy, Workforce Transformation, Alliances, Enterprise Program Leadership, or Change Management.
•Experience working within or closely alongside a partner ecosystem (e.g., hyperscalers, enterprise technology partners).
•Demonstrated success designing scalable operating models across complex organizations.
•Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives and driving stakeholder adoption.
•Experience leveraging AI, automation, or digital tools to improve workforce enablement.
