Branch Leader- Dundalk

Lead all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and management while executing branch engagement routines. Grow branch revenue by developing Small Business clients and expanding Mass Affluent through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
