Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, facilitate, and prepare materials for internal and external meetings and communications for SVP, China GTM & General Manager, Greater China – including periodic business reviews, and communications.
  • •Run China GTM leadership meetings—inclusive of weekly, town halls, AMAs, offsites, etc.
  • •Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams to drive high‑value analyses and presentations.
  • •Analyze and identify opportunities for innovation across the organization, including the effectiveness of internal processes to ensure best‑in‑class analytics.
  • •Be the driving force for implementing China GTM projects, including identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements and ensuring successful implementation across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within Payments, internet, technology or consulting industries; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferable; exceptional attention to detail and highly organized; entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
