Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain StreamSets Control Hub pipelines to ingest and process data into Snowflake across environments.
  • •Build metadata-driven pipelines for Raw JSON ingestion, develop Python utilities to parse/flatten nested structures, and define source-to-target mappings with data lineage and business rules.
  • •Design and implement Snowflake objects and orchestrate automated DAGs using Task Graphs in alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.
  • •Manage dbt models, tests, incrementals, and snapshots using Snowflake-native deployment patterns, including monitoring, validation, and performance optimization.
  • •Classify PCI data and apply Voltage encryption or tokenization using Groovy scripts; ensure compliance with CI/CD standards, SonarQube quality gates, audit requirements, and CAB-driven Harness deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •4 years of database engineering experience in any job title, plus 4 years building and optimizing StreamSets pipelines for large-scale data ingestion.
  • •Experience working with Snowflake, including tables, views, streams, tasks, and Task Graph orchestration.
  • •Strong SQL and data transformation experience, including source-to-target mappings, lineage, and business rules.
  • •Experience with Python/scripting, CI/CD and release management, and Jira work within sprint-based teams.
