R&D Quality & Reliability Engineer

Own the quality and reliability strategy for Broadcom’s silicon photonics product portfolio, driving reliability qualification plans and end-to-end testing for devices and packaging. Partner with development and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet quality standards during new introductions and high-volume ramps. Lead failure analysis through root-cause identification and corrective/preventive actions, uphold PPQ and change management best practices, and support customer visits and audits with clear reporting.
