Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite complex loan requests and renewals across multiple commercial lending products and evaluate unusual situations requiring close scrutiny
  • •Review loan structure, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, and market data to identify inherent risks and recommend next steps
  • •Prepare opportunity memos, loan presentations, administrative action memos, and annual reviews for Credit Administration
  • •Perform special and interlocking financial statement analyses and pre-qualification assessments within the bank’s credit culture and current economic trends
