Vice President, Commercial Underwriter- Commercial

Underwrite complex commercial loan requests and renewals, including working capital lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, term loans, and asset-based lending products. Analyze loan structures, financial and entity information, collateral, and market data to assess risk and prepare recommendations and memos for Credit Administration and approval processes. Build relationships with lending officers, visit sites when needed, and mentor junior analysts in financial analysis, covenant structuring, and risk identification.
