Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future needs, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and use CAMP/approved marketing tools to set financial review appointments. Cross-sell, refer to business partners, process teller transactions, and support a positive customer experience while following risk, ethics, and confidentiality policies.
