Key Responsibilities

  • •Lease Management, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure close process, month end review and flux analysis for leases is completed on a timely basis.
  • •Auditing and Compliance Monitoring: Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with relevant local regulatory requirements.
  • •Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement changes that generate efficiencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • •Prepare lease disclosures for 10K/10Q and statutory accounts disclosures for multiple legal entities.
  • •Oversee the monthly reconciliation process to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of Leases experience, with at least 2 years in a global organization.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge with focus on US GAAP and IFRS for leases.
  • •Experience in SOX and operational compliance in shared services.
  • •Strong communication (English language), and stakeholder management skills.
