Drive growth and customer retention by building applied AI and advanced analytics solutions for Sales, Customer Success, and monetization. Partner with Go-To-Market teams to develop cross-sell/upsell and product recommender models, and to create predictive churn risk signals. Lead end-to-end analytics—from defining business objectives and analyzing data to automated reporting and visualizations—while collaborating cross-functionally and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
