Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver capital project engineering across scoping/budgeting, conceptual engineering, design, construction, and closeout.
  • •Perform and lead standard and complex electrical analyses, designs, and calculations; develop alternate design concepts to resolve issues.
  • •Create and lead new conceptual substation designs and oversee external detailed designers’ work.
  • •Ensure implemented designs meet applicable company, local, state, and national codes and standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborate across departments, and act as a liaison with contractors on standards and best practices.

  • •Expert knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations, including engineering standards up to 345kV.
