Key Responsibilities

  • •Incorporate new platform technologies from bringup to production by coordinating across teams.
  • •Coordinate onboarding of new customer vehicles from conception through bringup to fleet adoption.
  • •Handle risks and resolve issues affecting fleet technology scope, schedule, and quality.
  • •Define scope and independently manage project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • •Improve process and procedures by streamlining day-to-day operations within the team.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 258,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of recent industry Program/Project Management experience driving planning and execution of software engineering projects and releasing commercial products.
  • •Experience leading and delivering scalable programs/projects, including process improvements.
  • •Ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new process workflows in scalable organizations.
  • •Familiarity with embedded systems and automotive system integration, including using Jira and/or JAMA and Agile/Scrum.
