Job Summary

Graduate Trainee program with rotations across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing and Event Planning at Informa Markets. You’ll support lead generation, contract/invoice processing, campaign development, and on-site event logistics while learning from mentors. A 1-year program with rotations in 3 functions, exposure to APAC operations, and a clear pathway to career progression in events and exhibitions.

Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the Sales cycle including data mining, lead generation, relationship building, and supporting future sales opportunities.
•Support Sales Operations in generating and issuing sales contracts and invoices, monitoring payments, and floorplan management.
•Contribute to Marketing by assisting in campaign development, creating marketing collateral, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance.
•Provide on-site support for events, assist with vendor coordination, attendee registration, and logistics planning.
•Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships to contribute to event planning and execution.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business or a related field.
•Passionate about the event industry with a strong desire to build a career in event project management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
