Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the day-to-day technical authority for the engineering team, unblocking work and making decisions.
•Drive engineering culture by establishing norms for code quality, review practices, documentation, and communication.
•Own architectural decision-making by documenting tradeoffs, building consensus, and driving to resolution.
•Mentor engineers across experience levels and run or co-run technical ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog refinement, architecture reviews, and retrospectives.
•Design, implement, and review full-stack features (TypeScript/Node.js backend services and React frontend) and build event-driven pipelines and workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of full stack engineering experience in production systems (or commensurate experience).
•Demonstrated experience leading an engineering team with ownership of team outcomes.
•Strong TypeScript/Node.js backend development experience.
•Solid frontend experience with React (or an equivalent modern framework).
•Hands-on AWS experience across core services (EC2, ECS/ECR/EKS, S3, IAM, SSM) and solid PostgreSQL skills (schema design, transactional workflows, migrations).
