Key Responsibilities

•Drive the architecture and implementation of greenfield features for new products.
•Build scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for customers and their clients.
•Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to identify and execute high-impact projects.
•Develop backend and frontend capabilities and integrate third-party services.
•Mentor engineers and shape the technical direction to improve scalability, reliability, and usability of the platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience with specialization in AI/ML technologies and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
•Hands-on experience building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions with measurable user impact.
•Direct experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara.
•Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure for integrations with complex platforms.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead technical initiatives, and mentor engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
