Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with specialization in AI/ML technologies and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
  • •Hands-on experience building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions with measurable user impact.
  • •Direct experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara.
  • •Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure for integrations with complex platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead technical initiatives, and mentor engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
