  • •Support the FP&A manager with OCF annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, analyzing key metrics and trends, and preparing high-level summaries.
  • •Collaborate with operational finance leads to consolidate and analyze OCF and headcount submissions.
  • •Track, reconcile, and report headcount while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with operational finance to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
