Lead test engineering activities by planning and driving procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices. Specify tests, compile and analyze test data, and recommend improvements to testing equipment, manufacturing processes, and new testing requirements. Develop TI technology across Design for Test (DFT), verification, failure analysis, and qualification, and translate defect-driven suites into production test solutions while optimizing cost, yield, and test time.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage planning, development, and implementation of procedures for testing and evaluation of standard and special devices.
•Lead TE activities for the entire program, managing cross-functional interactions and alignment.
•Optimize production test programs, including test time reduction and yield improvement to drive test cost reduction.
•Develop and drive TI technology for Design for Test (DFT), design verification, failure analysis, and product qualification.
•Lead, coach, and train a team of product/test engineers; analyze test data and present conclusions to internal customer teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•8-15 years of relevant experience in test engineering activities.
•Proven leadership and ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects across silicon verification, characterization, qualification, capacity, and test cost reduction.
•Advanced understanding of and experience with Advantest and Teradyne/Eagle ATE.
•Experience with Probe Burn-In stress application and testing methods.
