Key Responsibilities

  • •Combine commercial and engagement strategies across each client’s annual lifecycle to drive consistent growth and NRR.
  • •Onboard accounts and ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • •Act as the primary contact for customer questions via email/phone, run customer success reviews, and coordinate resolution of issues with Product and Engineering.
  • •Grow revenue by maximizing retention, renewals, upgrades, product adoption, cross-sales of new modules, and increased user counts.
  • •Maintain relationships across customer personas and proactively identify account risks, driving churn mitigation to sustain high client health.
