•Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, then use insights for external initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
•Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to support healthy platform growth.
•Execute ad hoc creator projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
•Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
•Fast learner with a hands-on approach and ability to move things forward.
•Strong planning skills for online and offline campaigns, with creative brainstorming ability.
•Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish and English.
