Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machine utilization and improve/ensure quality output.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies for assigned workstations.
  • •Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting hazards.
  • •Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements.
  • •Identify, test, and share AI-enabled enhancements within scope to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (added advantage).
  • •Self-motivated and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • •Able to work 12-hour shifts (including night shift) and apply AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, and operational tasks.
