Duty Manager

Lead day-to-day operations at a leisure centre, supporting the Centre Manager with shift management and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Oversee lifeguarding, housekeeping, and facility presentation standards, and manage incidents, accidents, and emergencies. Support colleague training, induction, and development while helping drive continuous improvement through stock management, rota planning, and operational excellence—making a direct impact on customer experience and community health.
