Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high standards of cleanliness across the care home, coordinating with maintenance and management teams.
  • •Lead by example with daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and maintaining bedrooms and communal areas.
  • •Supervise housekeeping and laundry assistants, including managing staff rotas.
  • •Identify and ensure any required training is completed for your team.
  • •Maintain stock levels by ensuring housekeeping and domestic items are replenished as needed.
