Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to support a safe workplace and continuous improvement.
  • •Review job orders, retrieve materials, and enter/track/scan job orders in company computer systems.
  • •Operate CNC and manual machining equipment (including Toshiba Boring Mill and Haas machines) to safely produce components.
  • •Program, edit, and/or work from programs using Mastercam; maintain production documentation according to company standards.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Journeyperson Machinist certification (Red Seal preferred) and/or a High School Diploma or GED.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • •Experience operating CNC machining equipment and familiarity with CNC and manual machining equipment.
  • •Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • •Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
