Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute reliability tests (Temperature Cycling, HAST/UHAST, HTS, THS) following OCAP and procedures.
  • •Perform electrical testing for reliability samples according to defined procedures.
  • •Review data and verify recipe setup to meet qualification requirements.
  • •Complete training and certification for reliability test processes.
  • •Collaborate with GQ Ops Planner, GQ Ops Engineers, and PackRel Engineers on lab operations, qualification planning, scheduling, and data collection while maintaining safety and laboratory 6S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering.
  • •Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • •Willing to work in normal shift or rotating 12-hour shift.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including email communication.
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and reliability processes (added advantage: semiconductor manufacturing or production experience).
