Job Summary

Build, configure, and support IBM Maximo EAM (v7.x) and MAS 9 within the Business Systems application team. Partner with internal teams, vendors, and users to administer workflows, manage upgrades and patches, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain reports and integrations. You’ll also develop automation and BIRT reports, handle documentation and on-call support, and ensure performance across test, pre-prod, training, and production environments.

•Support Maximo EAM upgrade projects and identify/communicate defects to the vendor.
•Monitor Maximo EAM performance, troubleshoot technical problems, and support multiple environments (testing through production).
