Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Maximo EAM system administration and configuration modules, including workflow development and administration.
  • •Serve as primary contact for Maximo EAM users and IT support.
  • •Add, modify, and grant access to Maximo EAM; apply, test, and verify fixes and patches.
  • •Support Maximo EAM upgrade projects and identify/communicate defects to the vendor.
  • •Monitor Maximo EAM performance, troubleshoot technical problems, and support multiple environments (testing through production).
