Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end management of merchant disputes, including claim review, evidence evaluation, and policy-based adjudication.
  • •Escalate cases to T&S or the Team Leader based on defined escalation criteria.
  • •Proactively communicate with merchants to drive timely action and improve dispute performance.
  • •Support negative balance collection once finalized and scoped into the role.
  • •Coordinate regulator escalation workflow for designated investigators, including drafting responses and maintaining escalation logs and monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years operational experience in customer care, claims handling, dispute management, chargeback operations, or comparable high-volume case work.
  • •Fintech, BNPL, payments, or e-commerce background preferred.
  • •Fluent Arabic and English for customer and merchant communication.
  • •Strong detail orientation with accurate case notes and a clean audit trail.
  • •Systems literacy using Salesforce or a comparable case management platform.
