Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the team in processing, tracking, and recording separations such as resignation and termination under guidance from the Labor Operations Manager.
  • •Support arranging tickets and exit permits with Head Office/Immigration and coordinate with camps and PMV for deportation of separated workers.
  • •Process and track leaves (annual, unpaid, emergency, sick) including tickets and exit permits, and implement through camps.
  • •Prepare separation documents and worker duty resumption details, coordinating signatory and information updates for system records.
  • •Follow up with HR and Payroll on staff HR issues, handle employment contract signatures and dispatch to HR, and process renewals of workers’ RP and passport issues, including urgent coordination with Head Office and camps.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, with 5+ years relevant experience, and 2+ years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Advanced knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements to handle labor relations issues.
  • •Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills for labor disputes, grievances, and contract negotiations with unions or employee representatives.
  • •Experience conducting investigations, mediating disputes, and interpreting labor contracts to ensure compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required for success in the role.
