Key Responsibilities

  • •Use collection software tools to execute strategies that improve receivable delinquency and lower DSO.
  • •Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including billing errors, payment application issues, disputes, and documentation problems.
  • •Contact customers about past-due receivables, determine non-payment reasons, and place accounts on credit hold when needed; provide phone support.
  • •Monitor the customer portfolio to mitigate loss exposure by ensuring compliance with approved credit lines; recommend credit line changes and support over-line approvals.

Key Requirements
