Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, prototype, and develop multi-agent systems using AgentSDK and LangChain/LangGraph for autonomous, context-aware interactions
  • •Leverage GenAI models and real-time voice APIs to build agentic prototypes and production-ready skills
  • •Mentor engineers on agentic AI technologies and foster innovation and responsible AI practices
  • •Distill complex research findings and system designs into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams
  • •Drive product innovation and align research with timelines, prioritization, and production rollouts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,400 - 326,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with emphasis on foundational LLM, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, AI planning, or NLP
  • •7+ years of hands-on work building large-scale solutions, ideally in agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration
  • •Experience developing dialogue systems capable of long conversations, multi-step reasoning, context-rich decision-making
  • •Experience deploying and scaling AI services handling hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability and low latency
  • •Track record of publishing high-impact research in top AI/ML venues is a big plus
