Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and test electrical products and components against engineering drawings and specifications using defined inspection procedures and sampling plans.
  • •Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections; conduct physical inspection of components, assemblies, and packaged units.
  • •Use measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, vision system, CMM) and record inspection data for historical records.
  • •Quarantine non-conforming material and create non-conforming material tags; complete required paperwork and serial number logs.
  • •Assist with FAIs, internal audits, gauge calibration, ISO procedures, document control, and training of quality employees as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.9 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of manufacturing or quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and government specifications.
  • •Excellent math skills, including conversions from English to metric and decimals to fractions for part specifications.
  • •Knowledge of basic electrical principles and ability to use computer software for receipts, First Article Inspection, and NCMA’s.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship; able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
