Senior Proposals Manager (Energy)

Lead and manage complex, high-value strategic bid opportunities for WSP’s Energy business across the Island of Ireland. Own the bid lifecycle from capture planning through submission and handover, coordinating bid teams, clients, and partners. Develop winning strategies and tailored client solutions, ensure bid governance and review processes are followed, coach colleagues on bid skills, and identify improvements using bid lessons learned, market, and competitor intelligence.
