Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex strategic bids as bid manager or in senior support roles, ensuring governance and bid review processes are followed.
  • •Drive bid capture planning, tender planning, and proposal response delivery from opportunity qualification through submission.
  • •Collaborate with clients, Opportunity Directors, and bid teams to develop customised solutions and winning strategies.
  • •Manage and support bid teams, including organising review/approval meetings and ensuring successful handover to delivery after award.
  • •Coach colleagues on the bid process, support lessons learned, and analyse bids to share best practices and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level qualification in an appropriate subject.
  • •APMP Foundation as a minimum.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, and InDesign (desired), plus graphics skills.
  • •Previous experience in a similar role in engineering and construction, including producing energy tenders in UK, Republic and Northern Ireland markets.
  • •An acknowledged senior bid manager with a demonstrated record of success in winning bids, with strong bid writing, management, and commercial skills.
