Marketing Proposal Specialist

Support the East Region Marketing team by coordinating and leading marketing proposals from capture through interview stage. You’ll manage proposal content, schedules, templates, compliance, and document design, and contribute to reviews and revision implementation. The role includes go/no-go and greenlight analyses, debriefs and client feedback for continuous improvement, and collaboration with business line, operations, technical, and business development teams. You’ll also guide entry-level proposal team members.
