Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and maintain robust, auditable financial models across project finance, asset-level, and portfolio use cases.
  • •Analyze value drivers such as revenue/demand/utilisation dynamics, capex and cost phasing, and operating cost structures/benchmarks.
  • •Perform investment appraisal and returns analysis (IRR, NPV, payback) and apply lender metrics such as DSCR where relevant.
  • •Design and execute scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess upside potential and downside resilience.
  • •Deliver transaction and strategic advisory support by conducting technical-commercial due diligence, reviewing business plans/data rooms/models, identifying risks/gaps, and preparing client-ready outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in infrastructure/investment advisory or project finance/financial advisory in consulting or transaction environments.
  • •Strong financial modelling expertise, including building project finance/cash flow models and reviewing model transparency, auditability, and flexibility.
  • •Experience reviewing and challenging financial projections and underlying assumptions.
  • •Exposure to multiple sectors/asset classes and a strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers, lifecycle capex, and operating models.
  • •Advanced Excel capability and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for investors and lenders.
